Agreement

1. General
Affiliates from all over the world are welcome, however, NetSpiderZ.com
reserves the right to accept or deny any affiliate applications.
All searches must come from a Web page written in ENGLISH. Only one
affiliate account is allowed per affiliate. Affiliates may only use our
Search Box on content rich websites. NO incentivized or targeted keyword
searches are allowed. Asking visitors to make a search in any form is
prohibited. Visitors to Affiliate's site should be free to decide if they
want to search and what they want to search for.
NetSpiderZ only pays for traffic from the following counties: United
States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
2. Right To Terminate
NetSpiderZ.com reserves the right to terminate any account if it is
inactive for more than 30 days and if the owner of the account (Affiliate)
is found to have violated this Agreement by
- generating traffic by any artificial means (e.g. hit bots, multiple
clicking scripts), sending unusually high amount of traffic from an open
proxy server, targeting specific keywords, hidden links and incentivizing
surfers in any way or any other similar activity. NetSpiderZ.com has the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether click-thrus are
fraudulent or derived from improper use of affiliate tools.
- publicly posting derogatory and/or slanderous statements about
NetSpiderZ.com,
3. Email
In addition to adhering to the Terms described herein, Affiliates are also
responsible of receiving Admin updates (and therefore keeping their mailbox
clean) and manage their account accordingly. Failure to comply with
requirements sent in these updates because of blocked email accounts
involves the risk of loosing your account.
4. Anti-Spam Policy
NetSpiderZ.com strictly prohibits members from sending unsolicited mass
emails or spam, whether via email or any other form. Affiliates using these
techniques to get traffic to their site will have their account immediately
terminated.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Affiliates use our service at their own risk. The service is provided "As
Is". NetSpiderZ.com makes no warranty regarding any goods or services
purchased or obtained through the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
NetSpiderZ.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages,
including, without limitation, for lost income or profits in any way related
to this Agreement.
7. Change Of Terms
NetSpiderZ.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions
of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates' continued participation in the NetSpiderZ.com
program and any use of the NetSpiderZ.com Search Code property following
our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will
constitute binding acceptance to the change. |
